Stalls open Friday 7 am (not before). Early arrivals will be charged $17 per stall. Early arrivals will have to have stalls opened by security. All horses on grounds OVERNIGHT must stall. No tie outs – no setting up pens. Stalls $55/weekend. Shavings sold on grounds 9am-10pm Fri only. (outside shavings are allowed) feel free to bring your own. All vendors must pay a fee. No refunds for any reason. Horse and/or rider changes allowed with $5 fee. Every rider must pay a 1x processing fee $15/rider (non refundable), $20 for mail in. All horses on grounds overnight must stall. Stalls not open until 7 am Friday. Any entry not mailed by entry deadline shall be considered “late”. Late fees will apply and entry should be made at the show (cash only). Late fee $15/day or $45 max per rider per weekend (cash only). Exhibitions/Warm Up Sessions will be from 12 noon – 6 pm Friday and 8 am -11 am Saturday (sign up at the show). No reservations taken for electrical (first come – first served). No dogs allowed in main arena during the barrel race. Draw will be online Monday before event. A fee of 8% of the Total Race Fees will be charged for online processing excluding admin and stall fees. Warning: Under KS law, an equine professional is not liable for injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherit risks of equine activities.
