Stalls open Friday 7 am (not before). Early arrivals will be charged $15 per stall. Absolutely NO ONE on grounds before 5 pm Thursday. Stalls $50. Open 7am Fri. All horses on grounds OVERNIGHT must stall. No tie outs � no setting up pens on grounds! (Three barns total. A&B on dirt, C on concrete. We will fill A&B first. All vendors must pay a fee. No refunds for any reason. Horse and/or rider changes allowed with $5 fee. Every rider must pay a 1x processing fee $15/rider (non refundable). All horses on grounds overnight must stall. Stalls not open until 7 am Friday. Any entry not mailed by entry deadline shall be considered �late�. Late fees will apply and entry should be made at the show (cash only). Late fee $15/run or $45 max per rider per weekend (cash only). Exhibitions/Warm Up Sessions will be from 12 noon � 6 pm Friday and 8 am -11 am Saturday (sign up at the show). No reservations taken for electrical (first come � first served). No dogs allowed in main arena during the barrel race. Draw will be online Monday before event. A fee of 8% of the Total Race Fees will be charged for online processing excluding admin and stall fees.
