Under Missouri law, Windy Acres Arena LLC will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries to any exhibitor or horse and shall not be liable for any injury or the death of any participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activity.
SHOW RULES:
Payback 1st through 3rd place
1st – 40% 2nd – 30% 3rd - 20%
Classes may be combined or split at officials discretion.
Judges decision is final.
Class must have at least 10 entries to eligible for payback.
Stallion handlers must be at least 18 years old.
$60 Unlimited only valid for one rider/one horse combination .
All dogs must be kept on a leash.
Any participant displaying unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave the grounds.

This document will affect your legal rights and liabilities. Please read carefully and sign before participating in the Windy Acres LLC Speed Show, Nov. 22nd 2009.
I acknowledge that equine sports are a possibly dangerous activity, and that I am participating
at my own risk and am in full knowledge that there are significant risks involved in working with and around horses. I further acknowledge that there is some element of risk that an accident could occur and result in injury or death to the rider and/or horse.
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby assume all risk and release/absolve
the Windy Acres Arena LLC and its employees, directors, volunteers, and officers from all responsibility, liability, or claims of any nature and kind which I may have arising from my participation in this activity, including bodily injury or death to my horse or myself and damage to property arising from any cause whatsoever. I will be responsible for my equipment, and at no time, hold anyone else responsible for damage or theft of equipment.
I hereby declare that in signing this document that I have read, understand, and agree to the
terms and conditions stated herein, and that it is binding upon myself, my executors, and heirs.
