| Description | The American Paint Horse Association has created a new slot program for Paint barrel racers and pole benders. The APHA Turn & Earn Slot Class for Amateur and Open exhibitors will be introduced at the 2012 APHA World Championship Show in November. The show is held at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas. The new speed event slots will be purchased on a yearly basis with a maximum of 30 slots sold per class, which includes Barrel Racing and Pole Bending. Payouts will be based on the number of slots sold in each class with a maximum of 30 slots, and distributed on fastest times. All earnings are paid to the slot owner.
