ARENA RECORD/FULL SISTER TO SDF!!! This mare is NOT for the faint of heart. She is quick and has a lot of try. Has been 1D and 2D in tough LA and TX competition. She can run right or left, but has had more success going left. Excels in anything from BIG outdoor pens to small covered pens. She has not had her legs run off. No tuning required during the week, just keep her legged up and she’s ready to go. Very minimal maintenance; I inject her hocks and stifles once a year. She has had 8 months off due to a minor surgery then getting pushed to the back burner. She has been running top of the 2D with minimal riding locally and ran 2D out of 450 in Fort Worth, TX her second run back.Breeding StockHorses 5 years and olderRuns poles
This mare is not a kids horse. She has a lot of speed and rides around more on the muscle. Definitely not uncontrollable, just to much for an inexperienced rider. Very easy to run. I run her in a hackamore for small pens and a short shank chain bit for big pens. She does good in both. Absolutely NO alley issues, no buck, rear, kick, bite, etc.
“Ashes” is also the only full sibling to Strait Dallas Fuel. SDF has proven himself in the barrel pen and is proving himself in the breeding shed. In his first crop to compete SDF sired “FC Strait Ruffian” (LTE $110,000 and 2019 OKC Slot Race champion). He is showing lots of potential as a stud and is producing very nice babies. This mare will no doubt be an outcross on any stud.

Tons more available. She is patterned on the poles but has only been entered once.
The only reason that she is listed is because I am in college and haven’t had the time to keep her legged up. I’ve got way to many irons in the fire right now. I absolutely will not sell her if I don’t think it’s a good fit.
