Hank has been ridden by a youth rider for the last 3 years. He loves everything about rodeo, is competitive at the amateur level, and would make a great High School or Jr Rodeo horse for an aggressive rider. Hank has placed 1D locally, and has clocked top of the 2D at large shows (Heber City, UT, Salina UT, Gillette WY, Colorado Classic, Gridiron) . Hank is push style and is going to give you the same run every trip down the alley, he is strong and requires a confident aggressive rider to push him past the barrels. Hank stands up on hard ground, and manages different type of ground well. He can be very strong in the gate. Hank is a sweet, loving, friendly horse, not to mention gorgeous. He has been a major part of our family since he was 2 years old. Hank requires some maintenance, but operates like a machine when taken care of.
Hank has placed top 3 at amateur rodeos in Cody Wyoming, Jackson, and Basin. Rodeo has been his favorite. He has won 18 different youth buckles. Hank hauls well, stalls great, and drinks on the road. This horse has been hauled extensively and seen the sites. Hank does not need exhibitions, show him the gate and ride him to his spots.
Hank has been ridden out, works cows well and walks out like a champ.
He has one old injury in his front foot that requires corrective shoeing. He has always been sound on the foot & The x-rays have gone unchanged in the last 5 years. He requires some maintenance.
