SL Dashing Dorcey

“SL Dashing Dorcey” is a 10 year old AQHA gelding standing 15.2 hands. This stout, handsome fella we call “Cashman” is ready to take his next owner to the pay window! Cashman has been with his 66-year-old owner for the past 3 years. He had a very successful Futurity career with his previous owner.
Cashman is a 1D/2D jackpot horse with rodeo experience; he handled the atmosphere & hauled like a pro. He has run a 17.5 on standard pattern. If you are looking for an easy to ride, high caliber mount with zero fuss- here is your guy!
Cashman is extremely gentle and laid back. There isn’t a single thing that phases this classy, seasoned gelding. He is BROKE! Soft in your hands, light in the bridle, picks up his leads, bends/flexes, smooth stop & moves off your leg. Cashman has been used on the ranch, gathering cattle & in all sorts of day-to-day ranch work. He also loves to rope the sled & would make an amazing head horse!
Cashman is an absolute gentleman to be around. He will stand quietly to be groomed, saddled, and bridled. Set him right next to a mounting block & he will patiently wait for you to get on, then await your cue to walk off. He has great feet & does not require shoes but is fantastic for the farrier to trim or shoe. Up to date on all routine maintenances, sound and sane. He is only for sale because his owner has decided to go a different direction and he is too nice to be sitting!
