‘Birdie’ got a rusty nail through her foot Aug of last year, had surgery at Purdue university. Uneventful recovery, rode fine all summer long trail riding and being broke. She is being sold as broodmare or light riding only as her last trail riding trip her leg did swell. She was not lame, but it did bother her. She has a puppy dog personality, first at the gate. Stands for farrier like an angel. Can be iffy of new trailers but stay patient and some small circles behind the trailer and you can send her in. Stand tied just fine at hitching posts for trail riding. We are massively downsizing the herd.
