Fame is a super sweet, loving gelding. He is a 2D/3D barrel horse, push style, and 22/23 sec. pole horse. But he has had very little consistency on poles, so I fully believe he can improve greatly. He will greet you at every meal, he can be very vocal sometimes, but in the best way. He is intermediate rider friendly. My parents and friends ride him with no problem in the pasture and on trails. But he will take someone with some experience/confidence if they want to send him down the alley. Fame knows the difference between business and pleasure. He doesn't act bad in the alley, he just knows it's time to compete and gets a little nervous sometimes.
If your looking at getting back into barrel racing, or you have a kiddo that needs a step up horse, Fame is your guy!
HE WILL NOT BE FOR A HEAVY HANDED RIDER!! You will need to be able to ride with your legs.
My dad started Fame as a 3yr old, and he has always been in a hackamore. (he puts his nose in for you every time he's bridled) We have done several cowboy challenge obstacles course events with him, Fame always does so well.
I ride him down the hwy and the cars/train never bother him.
Fame is a very loved horse in our household, he is only for sale because I have a 4yr old that I need to put time in on. But a good horse/rider fit is a must.
He is up to date on Coggins, vaccines, dental, and hock injections. (Injections required 2x per yr.)
