Cinnamon Flame

Johnny is a 10-year-old talented big Appy. Guaranteed to turn heads wherever you go! My niece calls him the giraffe. Bred right and this monster can move. He is a powerhouse and is definitely capable of stopping the clock. Recently placed in the 1 and 2 D in local races, or he comfortably cruises 3 and 4D times. He needs a jockey. I am old, out of shape and sluggish and enjoy the cruise. My daughter ran him to win a small, local race, but he is going to need an experienced home to bring him to his full potential. He is a true powerhouse and a freak of an athlete. Johnny is cruising a gorgeous set of poles and has easily clocked 22-second runs without asking for any hustle at all - again - you will need to be a real jockey to keep up with him. He can flat move.

Johnny has been used to guide trail rides and is suitable for any rider just out and around. He has a very nice "break" to him and has been used in a rodeo queen contest, been hunting, pushed cattle and is a great rock-pounding range horse. Trotted the big circle, been used for doctoring, branding, and just about all aspects of ranch work and he is really nice to ride. I would trust him with most levels of riders out on a trail ride.

Johnny was track-trained, and chutes/tracks/lights/noises/clanging of gates, etc - still gets his ears perked and only thinking about running fast - so you do need to be ready to work with those quirks around the arena. He has headed a couple dozen steers out of the box and been used as a breakaway practice horse. I really think this big guy is going to be competitive at many levels for a competent, competitive jockey. He's cool.
