Later Slater

Slater is an 18yr old gelding ready for his next rider. He would be a perfect youth step up horse. He knows and loves his job, show him a pattern and he wants to work hard every time. He is sweet to be around, and he loves being pet and loved on.
He had a major injury a handful of years ago. He had surgery and there were some complications so he had to take a few years off of running. He came back from his time off sound and has been running again for the past 3/4 years. (I will share all the information with serious buyers.) We haven’t done any maintaitance except keeping shoes on him in the summer. I ran him this summer and he was great, but I can’t sell him and guarantee he will be perfectly sound with his history. Before his surgery he was a solid 1D horse, after his injury he has been in the 2/3D, he still has speed!
I love this horse and want him to go to the perfect home. I want him to continue doing what he loves. I would love to see him go to a young girl who is ready for a step up barrel horse and will love on him!
