This girl loves life! She loves to work. She has never acted like a mare a day in her life. She is friends with everyone. She is playful and just plain loves her job.
For sale because her girl is getting ready for college and this horse is too young and talented to sit.
Mazie loves speed. You want someone who will put you in the ribbons? She is your girl. Mazie is well patterned in all WSCA events. She has participated in all speed events as well all 4H events. . She has done everything from trail rides to Champ Show. She has won multiple high points in games over the past few years and has qualified in all events, several years for WSCA Champ Show. Last year was the first year she went and she placed in the top 15-20 in Intermediate (class of 96) missing ribbons by less than .5 seconds. Her rider isn’t as into speed events so this is her performance as it is and probably has room to cut time.
Mazie is up to date on all vetting, has current coggins. Stands for grooming, tacking, vet, farrier, and at the trailer. Loads and unloads (she does prefer to unload by turning around). Zero maintenance. Always barefoot.
She can’t be 100% perfect so here are her “downfalls”. She stalls but doesn’t love it. She weaves. But turn on some music and it is more like she is groovin’ to the music. She is usually better with a neighbor.
She does have fused hocks that have been fused for several years. We have xrays from several years ago as well as xrays from fall. This has not slowed her down one single bit and because they are fused, do not cause her any discomfort.
