2022/2023 Oklahoma Cowgirls Association Awards Banquet

Description Our new 2022/23 OCA Banquet will be held at the Okfuskee County Fairboard Barn located in Okemah, OK. The Okfuskee County Fairboard Barn is located on Hwy 62, look above for physical address listed. Our awards Banquet/Dinner on Sunday, February 19th will consist of a catered BBQ Meal provided by The Vintage Room of Slick, OK. The menu includes pulled pork, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, bread, tea/water and desert.

Adults will cost $13.50, and 8 and under children will be $7.00. If you don't plan to eat dinner, the banquet building fee for all in attendance will be $5.00 PER PERSON. We need dinner reservation numbers no later than February 13th, so please send in your dinner reservations and check or money order postmarked by February 3rd, so it is a fast, easy process once you arrive. You will receive a colored index card at the door that admits you to the BBQ food line. Also, it will allow the officers to make sure we have enough tables and chairs set up for all members and guests to attend!

We would also like to encourage you all to wear RED in honor of our precious Sue Bailey who passed away in December 2021. Her family plans to attend the Banquet to present our First Annual Sue Bailey Memorial Award, and we can't wait to continuously honor MS. Sue!
