    IMPORTANT DEADLINES:



    • Pre entries will OPEN on Monday, February 12 at 5 PM CST.

    • Pre entries will CLOSE on Friday, March 8 at 11:59 PM CST.

    • Postmark deadline for MAIL IN entries is Tuesday, February 20.


    • High Stakes entries CLOSE when the FIRST horse runs.

    • Open entries CLOSE when the big drag at 100 is COMPLETE.

    • Side pot entries CLOSE when the big drag at 100 is COMPLETE.

    • Pony entries CLOSE Friday, March 15 at 8 PM CST.

    • Buckaroo entries CLOSE Saturday, March 16 at 8 PM CST.

    • Pole entries CLOSE when the FIRST horse runs.


    DRAW OUT & REFUNDS:



    • In order to receive a refund, contestants must submit an official Draw Out Request prior to 11:59 PM CST on Friday, March 8. 

    • A rider will receive an 80% refund on all entry fees and a 100% refund on any stall, RV, or shaving reservations.

    • After 11:59 PM CST on Friday, March 8, NO REFUNDS will be granted.  Refunds DO NOT include any office, online, or credit card processing fees, those are processing fees and will not be refunded.  


    GENERAL INFORMATION:



    • RV assignments, stall assignments and pre-draw will be posted by 12 NOON CST on Wednesday, March 13.

    • The stall & RV chart can be found by clicking here: Tunica Stall & RV Chart

    • NO outside SHAVINGS are allowed at this facility, must purchase shavings through pre-entry form or on site.

    • Late entries will be taken on site with NO LATE FEE

    • Late entries may pay with cash or credit card, NO CHECKS will be accepted at the event.

    • NO BUSINESS will take place between 11:59 PM CST on Monday, March 11 until the office opens at the event at 2 PM CST on Thursday, March 14. This includes entries, stall and/or RV reservations, shavings purchases, etc. 

    • Phone entries will be accepted during OFFICE HOURS and must be paid for by credit card. Office phone number(s) for entries and questions will be posted on social media on Wednesday, March 13. The number available on the flyer WILL NOT be available for phone in entries during the event.

    • All credit card payments are subject to a credit card processing fee.

    • All horses staying on the grounds overnight must be stalled.  No overnight tying or portable panels of any kind will be allowed.

    • Selling any part of your entry or stall/ RV reservation to another contestant is PROHIBITED and will not be honored.

    • Dogs MUST be on a leash, AT ALL TIMES, on the facility grounds. There will be a $10 fee each time that a dog is seen off leash. There will also be NO dogs allowed in the arena where the competition is held, at any time.

    • All contestant age based side pots will be based off of the contestants age on January 1st, 2024.

    • Hook Ups are LIMITED at this facility, we recommend that you reserve your RV Hook Up as soon as possible. There will be separate parking for rigs running generators.


    DRESS CODE:



    • A western style long sleeve top (with collar) will be required during competition runs. 

    • The western style long sleeve top (with collar) can be waived by wearing ANY official Logo Ranch Productions top, EXCLUDING tank tops. No tank tops will be allowed during any competition run.

    • All contestants will be required to wear jeans, western boots, and a western hat or helmet during competition runs.

    • Wearing an official Logo Ranch Productions top DOES NOT waive wearing jeans, western boots, and a western hat or helmet during competition runs.


    RANCH POSSE MEMBERSHIP & AWARDS:



    • Any Logo Ranch Productions contestant is eligible to join the RANCH POSSE membership for a fee of $50.  The membership will make a contestant eligible for year end awards from Logo Ranch Productions.  The ONLY year end awards given will be to the RANCH POSSE members.

    • To be eligible for awards a member must enter 6 out of the 12 available Open races or 2 out of the 4 Pony or Buckaroo classes.

    • Points will be awarded to the contestant and given to the top five (5) in each division that are RANCH POSSE members.

    • Awards will be given to the top five (5) members in each division in the Pony, Buckaroo, Open and Open Pole Bending.

    • RANCH POSSE memberships will run from January 1 – December 31 of each year.

    • A membership must be purchased PRIOR to the end of the event on Sunday, March 17 for points and/ or eligible race counts to be tallied for the March event.


    MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW THE COMPLETE RULES – RULES WILL BE ENFORCED AT THIS EVENT.

    STALL AND RV INFORMATION:



    • STALLS: $35 PER NIGHT

    • STALL SPECIAL – PRE ENTRY ONLY – $85 for THURSDAY – SATURDAY nights.

    • HOOK UPS: $60 PER NIGHT

    • HOOK UP SPECIAL – PRE ENTRY ONLY – $150 for THURSDAY – SATURDAY nights.

    • SHAVINGS: Pre Bed $8 per bag available with PRE ENTRIES ONLY. $10 per bag on SITE.

    OPEN ARENA AND EXHIBITIONS:



    • Thursday OPEN ARENA will take place on Thursday, March 14 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. The cost will be $10 per horse.  These tickets may be purchased in the OFFICE or at the alleyway during the allotted time frame.

    • Thursday EXHIBITIONS will take place on Thursday, March 14 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. The cost will be $5 per exhibition. These exhibitions will be limited to 60 SECONDS each with a $25 FINE for going over the 60 second allotted time. Exhibitions can be purchased in the OFFICE, starting when it opens at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 14. Exhibitions will be split into 30 minute time sections with 25 available during each section, we will also drag after each section.

    • Friday OPEN ARENA will take place on Friday, March 15 from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM. The cost will be $10 per horse.  These tickets may be purchased in the OFFICE or at the alleyway during the allotted time frame.

    • Friday EXHIBITIONS will take place on Friday, March 15 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. The cost will be $5 per exhibition. These exhibitions will be limited to 60 SECONDS each with a $25 FINE for going over the 60 second allotted time. Exhibitions can be purchased in the OFFICE, starting when it opens at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 14. Exhibitions will be split into 30 minute time sections with 25 available during each section, we will also drag after each section.
