I have been on the fence about letting this mare go for quite a while, because I'm afraid I'll regret it... but I'm a new night time college student with a full-time day job and I just don't have enough time to ride all of my horses. Sharona is a 15 hand foundation and AQHA registered mare going back to Docs Prescription, Eternal Sun Bars,
and Peponita! She knows barrels, poles, has training in cutting, and is a top notch trail horse whose been on trails from Montana to NC, most of the time by a boy who started riding her when he was 7 years old. I have no doubt with her cow sense that she could do sorting really easily and could learn roping with the handle she has on her. She is built to last and is an easy keeper with no vices nor maintenance needed. I love this horse and this is a very tough decision for me to make it has taken me months to finally reach a decision on it. I can put anyone on her and they can ride. Just recently I had her at a barrel race and she had a beginner Rider on her who was doubling her little sister behind her on the back of the saddle and they were riding completely alone around the showgrounds. She has every button you could want on a horse. She's not marish and does not have an attitude problem. She will willingly do what you ask her to do without any grief. She had a beautiful baby at her former owners home and was a great mother. I just recently had her shots and Coggins updated and she doesn't need anything right now. She is located in Randleman North Carolina. She is 16 years old. It's worth all the money in the world to know that a horse is not going to hurt you and will take care of you, and this horse could be anyone's first horse she is that mellow. I have a little dog that trail rides with me and that dog can even ride in front of me on the saddle or behind me on the saddle and she doesn't pay it any mind. Loads and unloads without a problem will even back herself off of the trailer from the very front of my 3 horse slant without assistance!! Great for farrier, baths, you can fly spray her anywhere even in her face. You won't find a better one at this price.
She is a push style horse and is going to be 3/4 d. If you get her in better shape (she's fat LOL) I think she could hit 2D.
