She�s a true family horse�trustworthy, versatile, and enjoyable whether you�re heading out on trails or tuning up for the next run. She�s fancy broke with a soft mouth, rides equally well in a bridle or hack, and has been trail-ridden extensively. She�s been barefoot her whole life and is an easy keeper. Teeth are up to date, feet kept on a year-round schedule, and spring fecals are done annually. We shared her 4-year-old year as her seasoning season. I ran her in 3D/4D, and my then 8-year-old son took her through the peewees. She cruised safely for him but still had the talent to push him into becoming a better rider. She�s been ran at rodeos, run flags (even with my husband!), and seen plenty of sights without batting an eye. She knows barrels, poles (not yet solid), flags, dash, and keyhole. She�s been off the pattern for a year, just trail riding, and will need a light refresher if you plan to compete again�but she has a ton more to give. Fiddle is the kind you can trust to take care of your kid, yet fun enough for an adult to enjoy too. My son has roped off her (not on cattle), and she�s always been kind, solid, and sane�even with time off. Her only true flaw: She is homozygous for MYHM. If you�re unfamiliar with this genetic mutation, please do your research. She had one episode as a 3-year-old following an upper respiratory infection at an indoor heated facility. Since then, she�s had zero issues with careful management. We�re proactive�no nose-to-nose contact, new horses are quarantined before exposure, and we tarp any shared stall walls if not solid while traveling. She does not receive vaccinations, and should not be bred due to her genetic status. Her price reflects this. This is a very hard sale. My son has shifted his interests to midget racing, and we can�t do it all�so I�m listing all four horses and letting the first two to sell decide the future.
