‼️UP FOR CONSIDERATION‼️
DASH BLUE CASH (Luna)
5 year old AQHA Cremello Mare out of the sire FRENCHMANS SIX DASH & dam STARS BLUE MISS.
If you're looking for a kind, "in your pocket" type of horse, she is the one! This mare wants to be where you are 24/7. Anytime we are out in the yard or walk out of the house, there she is watching us. She will follow you around like a puppy dog. Watch this full video to see every possible ounce of her that there is to show & how easy she is to do everything with!
I bought Luna May 2025, she had not been ridden in a year with the previous owners, I was told before that she had a few months of training as a 3 year old to get broken out. I brought her home without even riding her first. Within the first week of getting her home we rode & it was like she never missed a beat. Bucked a few times on the lung line but never did anything in saddle. I trained her last summer on barrels. This mare soaks up anything you teach her & never lets it go. She ended up on the back burner after August 2025 when I got hurt on another horse at a show & I couldn't ride at all for 5 months, so my mother worked her for me before winter. She had the winter off then in March my youth client worked her for me as I am still trying to get back into the swing of competing & am still having neurological issues. In the video, her working the barrel pattern was this past weekend (6/7/26) which was the first time she has seen the pattern since last summer, also her first time going left which I think was a lot easier for her. As you can see she didn't forget anything. The last thing I worked on with her in the pattern last year was teaching her to switch her leads for 2nd & she not only remembered but aced it! In the year I have owned her she has had 4 different riders on her & she was perfect with them all.
Since she is young, I would put her as a horse that needs someone with experience, I think she would do great with an experienced youth. Someone who is not afraid to get after a horse if they throw some attitude. She does not throw much but she can still test it from time to time if she is not consistently worked like any normal mare but that is usually just stopping her trot/lope & back up a few steps when you first start working. She hadn't been ridden for a couple weeks when she rode on 6/7 & she only did that little tude twice then when I rode her 6/8 she didn't try it even once. She is very touchy in her face which you can see in her videos. I haven't gotten all my balance back yet from my accident, so I messed her up a few times in the pattern. She takes a very light bit, I wouldn't be surprised if she liked a hackamore either.
I think the more time on the pattern she will make a nice little 2D mare, even possibly 1D for a youth. I would be excited to see her started on Poles since she is so quick & switches her feet so well. I never entered her as I was planning to take her to BFA so I had been holding her off. She has been to a couple shows walking around the premises & in open arena. I took her to Lake County Fair last year which as you can see in the video has all the food vendors with their flags & a grandstand with people stomping on it surrounding the arena. She never looked at a single thing. There was barrel horses warming up & pleasure horses lunging while we were in there yet nothing fazed her. She is not spooky. If she looks at something that's about all she will do but most the time she doesn't pay any attention to things outside of you.
I had gotten her as a project to train & sell, it makes sense to sell her now so she can have someone be consistent with her & I don't want to mess up the training I have done with her while trying to get used to being back in the action myself. It's only fair to her that this be the right time she finds her person.
She has her own album on our ranch page where you can see more of her journey with us! She is located in Coldwater, Michigan. Feel free to private message or call 269-589-9034 if you would like to try her out. No tire kickers please.
She is enrolled into Future Fortunes & she is eligible to be enrolled into the Triple Crown 100 as well as Legends Of The South. Asking mid 1X,XXX
