Max has quite a story! Max has only ran barrels for about a year & a half. … He was originally a pro level head horse but he got so good as a barrel horse just by playing around we decided this should be his main job! His first race he won 3rd 1D with only 30 days going around the barrels outrunning several pro rodeo horses.

Max has proven himself over the last year. He has placed at pro & college rodeos and won lots of jackpots. He is super honest. Will NOT hit a barrel big or small arena and will never miss the first barrel, he wraps it up! He is VERY automatic point and kick style. He knows his job!

He has never been injected and only wears front shoes. He’s extremely sound and has never needed any vet attention. He doesn’t need worked at home but if you want to he will work all day long. He has the best mind. He is a fun horse -jump on bareback/ help people in the alley/ rides all day without getting hot or up tight / can hang out with your friends and watch the entire rodeo on his back at the fence! He’s never high strung & never acts bad. Whatever age can ride this horse!

We love this horse and he will only go to a loving family like he has here!! We let a younger friend of ours borrow him while her horse was sick and she is not a 1D rider but she was with him & won lots of races on him! He is so easy to ride and lovesssss his job! All he requires back is a cookie and lovins after! He will shake his head YES on command for a cookie! He is a hoot! You can teach him anything!

We are only considering selling him because we are in the process of building our dream home. He will make someone a lifetime horse and will win in any competition you put him in!
