Magic Perks aka Hotrod is a 2017 bay gelding. He is a big kid. The first to greet you in the pasture and just want to see what you are doing. I absolutely LoVe him but I just don't feel like I am his person when it comes to the barrels. I rodeo and we run on a lot of track pens with little to no ground. I bought him wanting a horse that could run in the bigger deeper pens... well he can do that.. the deeper the better, but I don't run on tons of those.

He runs to the right but I did run him for a little bit to the left. Either direction does not faze him... just run him to the barrel and sit and he will turn. He is not a barrel hitter. In the year of me owning him, We have hit one barrel and it was completely my fault that we hit it. He is currently running about a second to a second and a half off with room for more.

He does have a scar on his side from a t-post as a baby... he was vet checked by previous owner and it doesn't not affect him at all.
