A big gorgeous gray, BCP MR DOC REDFORD is a 2021 AQHA son of Tee J Royal Seven, with the bottom side going back to Little Doc Express and Classic Star Doc. His pedigree brings together foundation and bloodlines, giving him the size, confirmation, athleticism and the mind to go in absolutely any direction you desire. Start him on barrels, start him in the roping box and/or use him on the ranch! Jerry stands a solid 15.1-2 hands and is put together the way you want one to be. Big shoulder, big hip and plenty of bone. Under saddle, Jerry walks/trots and lopes off with ease. He has a great stop. He pivots, backs, side passes and moves his shoulder and hips where you ask. He's soft in the face and rides around collected.
Out on the trail and in the pasture, Jerry is steady and reliable with that quiet, laid-back attitude everyone is looking for. He's been very lightly started on the barrel pattern and showing promise so is ready for someone to continue on with in that direction (Video is of his first ever lope through). However, you can also take him to the roping box and have success there (he's a perfect prospect for breakaway/calf horse and/or a head horse). He's additionally a ranch hand's dream horse when you look at size, build and disposition...he would be a go-to for cattle work. He loads and hauls easily. Get's along great with other horses. He stands for daily feet cleaning & for farrier (though he can get a little opinionated when hammering nails, it's easily worked through). He's right here ready to take and finish your way.
